As Audiologists, we’re constantly focused on the next breakthrough with hearing aid technology.

Today marks a celebration of one of the biggest breakthroughs in recent years, changing the playing field for the world of audiology.

After months of rumors, one of the global leaders in hearing solutions, ReSound, has just announced its brand-new, technologically superior, hearing aids: LiNX Quattro™, and let us tell you, they’re going to be a game-changer.

For a company that has been pioneering hearing solutions since the 1940s, it shouldn’t really come as a surprise that they’re the ones to create something so outstanding, but with the advent of the LiNX Quattro we are left amazed.

When you actually look at what they’ve created and the problems they’ve addressed and combatted, it goes without saying their renowned reputation is very well deserved…

Here Are The Reasons Why ReSound’s LiNX Quattro™ Is So Special

1. The Rechargeable Battery Life Is Now The Best In The World

Pretty bold statement, right?

Yes, we Audiologists thought that too, but when you look at the reality of what they’ve achieved, not only have they blown all other brands’ devices out of the park with this one, they’ve actually created a battery life so long, daily charging is no longer a necessity.

That’s because, in one single full-capacity charge, people can benefit from 30 hours of uninterrupted use.

Compare that to the previous market leaders that offered up to 24 hours, and you can easily see why this is a genuine technological break-through for a device so small.

LiNX Quattro™ Has Outstanding Rechargeable Capacity

10 minutes of charge = 2.7 hours of battery life
1 hour of charge = 16 hours of battery life
3 hours of charge = 30 hours of battery life

2. The Sound Quality Has Never Been Clearer

The biggest challenge that our patients face with their hearing aids today, is hearing in noisy settings; crowded, noisy places remain difficult to pick out individual conversations or sounds, which can seriously impact your enjoyment of social situations.

Well, we are delighted to tout that with the LiNX Quattro’s “Level of Sound” feature, which maximizes the full range of MEM microphones, this hearing aid produces the clearest most natural sound possible, making hearing in noise a better experience. The extended bandwidth in this hearing aid improves music listening dramatically, preserving the dynamics of music, producing a fuller sound quality. The LiNX Quattro also suppresses unexpected loud sounds, such as clinking silverware or plates, making the hustle and bustle of a restaurant more tolerable and comfortable.

3. Seamless Streaming App From Both Apple & Android Device.

Currently, the direct streaming is only available to Apple users, providing streaming of music, videos, podcasts, and calls directly from their phones. ReSound is working on making direct streaming available for Android users sometime next year.  Direct iPhone streaming has been improved with LiNX Quattro. The bluetooth streaming experience is better than ever with increased signal of 5 dB and zero lag time for ear-to-ear performance, so that you don’t miss a beat.

The app is user-friendly and enhances the hearing aid experience for those with Apple and Android devices. The app offers you the ability to check battery power, change your hearing aid settings, and can provide calming background sounds for those with tinnitus. The find my hearing feature, is another incredible feature that allows you to locate an aid should it ever go missing.

So, what investment is required to become a LiNX Quattro™ wearer?

For this leading technology, along with the time and expertise of an audiologist caring for your hearing health and perfecting your technology to help you maximize its effectiveness, the investment required is $6,995.

This includes everything: all the hours of specialist care, after-care appointments, hearing aid amends, and around the clock support through the ReSound Assist feature.

There are two different ways that you can invest; you can pay out-of-pocket or you can spread your investment with a manageable leasing payment plan.

What do Our Audiologists Think?

Since getting our hands on this new technology, we’ve been fitting our first few patients with the new LiNX Quattro’s.

We’re amazed by the technology and the look on our patients face when they first experience the unbelievable sound quality of the LiNX Quattro.

Here’s what our Audiologists have to say about the Quattro:

The sound quality of music is mind-blowing!” says Dr. Marcantel.

“The LiNX Quattro is the best rechargeable option yet!” says Dr. Garrido.

“Streaming from the iPhone is great! The sound is full and clear.  Also being handsfree is so convenient.” says Dr.Sorrells.
