Doctor of Audiology

Dr. Juliana Carriere-Marcantel joined the Acadian Hearing team in 2017. She is a native of Sulphur, Louisiana. Dr. Marcantel received a bachelor’s degree from Lamar University.

She graduated with her doctorate in audiology from Louisiana State University School of Medicine in New Orleans in 2014. Following graduation, Juliana worked in Beaumont at Southeast Texas ENT.

After years of driving the long trip back and forth to Beaumont, she decided to pursue a job closer to home. She holds an Audiology License in Louisiana as well as Texas.

Dr. Marcantel enjoys working at Acadian Hearing Services mostly because she can work with local area patients. She enjoys all aspects of audiology and finds helping patients hear better to be very rewarding.

She currently resides in Lake Charles with her husband Matt and her dog Brees. Outside of work, she likes to spend time with friends and family.
