She is also our insurance and billing specialist and will be happy to assist you with any questions you may have.

Q What is your favorite meal?

Roast rice and gravy are always my favorite! It’s a good warming comfort food. My picky 3-year-old always asks for it and my husband loves to cook it, so it’s a win-win for me!

Q What is your favorite book or movie?

Harry Potter, I am yet to read the books, but the movies are my absolute favorite. Anytime I see then playing on TV I must watch them; they never get old!

Q What is your favorite candy?

I am obsessed with candy (fruity not chocolate) I can’t just pick one! I will pass on the chocolate, biscuits or cake, but I can never resist candy, hard or soft, I love it!

Q If you could have any superpower, what would it be?

Teleportation. Mainly because I’m not a huge fan of other travel methods. I don’t like to drive, and I am a nervous flyer, so it would be nice just to appear to my destination. I would use it to travel to far away destinations or just toe grocery store and back!

Q What is your favorite tv show?

Seinfeld. My husband and I watch it every night while falling asleep, we’ve seen more episodes more times than you can even count. Often, we will quote it to each other in our day to day lives, like a little inside joke. It's an oldy but goodie!

Q If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would it be?

There are many places on my bucket list, but Ireland has always been at the top. The rich green landscape seems so calming and peaceful. I also love all old historical places, so I would definitely tour all if the castles and landmarks.
