Our 6-Step Covid Safety Procedures

by | Oct 14, 2020 | Local News, Patient Resources | 0 comments

Following precautions & guidelines of the CDC and the government, a strict six-step protocol is in place to protect you, other patients, and staff.

This includes:

#1 – Face Coverings

Face coverings are required for your appointment – please be sure to bring your own as our supply is currently being used by our team and we may not be able to offer you a mask.

#2 – Self-Wellness Check

If you or a family member are experiencing a fever, cough, or runny nose, then please call to reschedule your appointment at least 14 days into the future as a precaution.

#3 – Hand Washing Prior to Arrival

All patients must wash their hands prior to their appointment time. Hand sanitizer may be provided prior to entering.

#4 – Minimum Company for Appointments

You’re kindly asked to bring a maximum of one person with you for your appointment, and ideally visit alone if possible.

#5 – Thorough Cleaning Between Appointments

Between appointments, additional time has been scheduled to thoroughly clean all surfaces, sterilize areas between patients and ensure each patient is entering a sterile environment.

#6 – Minimized Waiting Times

Although all magazines and toys have been removed from the waiting room for sterile reasons, processes are now in place to minimize waiting times through reduced paperwork and spaced-out scheduling of appointments

Please do not show without a scheduled appointment, and if you need any help, supplies or support, then please call us at 337-436-3277

We’re excited to see you again shortly.

Do you know somebody that needs to see this? Why not share it?
