Firstly, thank you to all that reached out to let us know that you are safe and share your story, it was great to hear from you.

We’re now back in Lake Charles and our team are working to re-open as soon as possible.

  • On Monday, our 2626 Country Club location will be re-opening to service hearing aid needs.
  • However, our main location (555 Dr. Michael DeBakey Dr., Ste. 104) is still without power, so will remain shut until a further announcement.

Unfortunately, as Suddenlink/internet is currently down, our phones line are also currently down. We are tackling the voicemails but the best way to get in contact would be to email [email protected] or ‘Request a Callback’ by clicking here.

Do you know somebody that needs to see this? Why not share it?
