Gabrielle was born in New Orleans and raised in Lake Charles.

Growing up with her mother, who is an audiologist, Gabrielle has been exposed to the hearing care world her whole life. She has always found an interest in her mother’s career and had an opportunity to dive into a new career path.

At Acadian Hearing Services, Gabrielle’s daily responsibilities involve assisting Dr. Garrido and Dr. Sorrells in their daily routines. Running hearing software on hearing aids, cleaning and upkeeping hearing aids, answering the phone when needed, and taking patients’ history are some of her evolving tasks.

Gabrielle loves having a career that truly matters and makes a difference in patients’ lives. She enjoys working at both Acadian Hearing Services locations and being versatile and of service to everyone – she thrives on being helpful.

Outside of work, Gabrielle is a mother to a sweet, almost 10-year-old little girl and a wife and dog momma too! As a family, they train Brazilian jiu-jitsu; Gabrielle’s husband is a black belt, and she is a purple belt. When they are not at the gym, they love to spend time together and hang out with their friends.
